CALL TO ACT IN TRIBUTE TO VICTIMS LGBTI OF FASCISM

Once again, the Alicante town comes together to commemorate the end of a dream, the end of the utopia of a Spain that opened the world embracing the power of culture, armed with the pen and the writers, extolled in songs of freedom and fraternity. The end of the dream of the Second English Republic, a symbol of freedom and democracy.

One year we gathered at the esplanade of the port to honor the victims of fascist repression, those found along our coast the last bastion of hope to those who with tears went into exile carrying in his heart the memory of those men and women who died defending freedom against the coup of the dictator Franco, carrying in his heart to his land, a land that was sown hatred and repression bayonets, shooting at night, walks toward death.

For the first time in history, in this special year commemorating the 70 anniversary of the end of the fratricidal Civil War in our port, last invaded by intolerance, Provincial Associations of Lesbian, Gay, , Bisexual and Transgender we want to join in this tribute making visible even today the pain is killing us our longed García Lorca, Cernuda's exile and Miguel de Molina, Albert Gil's exile and many, many other citizens. The pain that produces the internal exile of silent voices, the suppression of the prison for men and women who love their peers were subjected to ridicule, were taken prisoners, were the heavy boots of the thieves of freedom subjected our country for over 40 years of fear. The pain caused the laws of "vagrancy" and "social dangerousness" the victims, despite the progress, even today feel in their hearts the shame and damage that deserve not to be forgotten.

We do it with a contrite heart and full of memories in the form of books, voices, texts, poems or drawings on yellow pages, by the passage of time, those victims gave us the hope of a Spain for everyone. We do it from the happiness that makes us live in a plural Spain, a Spain in Equality. And we do our gratitude to those countries that shelter to victims of repression, who extended their arms to welcome the citizens and had to leave their land as they hung on the weight of death or imprisoned for their ideas, for their love.

I do from the outrage at those who want to erase that part of history, that history common still dare to deny those who should be ashamed for denying the legitimate right to honor the victims of intolerance.

We do this because we consider fair and accurate than among men and women who deserve our recognition memory also gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transsexuals, transgenders, transvestites, who along with each and every dreamy of freedom fought, died, were exiled or fled from the yoke of death that accounted for all the fascist dictatorship and all citizens and inhabitants of the English state.

associations from the different movements you want LGBTI call to come to act next March 29 organized by the Civic Commission for the Recovery of Historical Memory in the esplanade of the port of Alicante at 11:30 am. I call on everyone, young and old, to men and women who suffered repression, those and those who know the history of books, those and those you emocionáis with the verses of "Poet in New York" or Alberti remembering words, or reading to Max Aub. We invite you to accompany us to the LGBTI movement to bear our tribute in the form of flowers against forgetting to fill the color of the plurality LGBTI from now we can defend freedom raising the rainbow flag and for all and all those who can not do now, that they could not do then. And for those still out of fear they do today under pressure from the fear that causes a formal heterocentrist, which is a form of repression that still suffer and suffer and that is the legacy of that past intolerance of gray, not that past we forget, that past that we have to push with greater force to unite and work to erase the traces of this stolen the years, traces of the silent complicity.
